The dates for the VIII Copa Jerez and Forum have been
announced: 28th and 29th May, and inscriptions are now open at www.sherry.wine This year the event will be based at the Teatro Villamarta, where there will be a huge range of lectures, workshops and tastings. The winners of the seven international heats with 6 Michelin stars between them will be cooking their menus live and there will be a tasting of over 200 Sherries. Famous names from the worlds of wine and gastronomy will be around, many giving talks or workshops.
