To get people into the mood for the huge
quantities of Fino and Manzanilla they will be drinking during the feria season, Beltrán
Domecq last night gave a presentation on these complex, diverse and interesting
wines at the Museo de Carruajes (coach museum) in Jerez. Sponsored by the
newspaper ABC, Williams & Humbert, Barbadillo, La Guita, Barón and Delgado
Zuleta participated with wine while Biga bakeries and Grupo TGT the cheese specialists
and Señoria de Montanera the ham specialists also participated. The event
attracted was a large turnout of bodega and
horeca people.
