The 7th edition of
this important event took place in London on Friday. The turnout was excellent with over
600 wine trade professionals compared to last year’s 500. Consejo Director, César
Saldaña was there and gave a masterclass entitled “Discovering the Secret of
Sherry”. While not dedicated exclusively to Sherry, the event was not short of Sherry
bodegas, which included Lustau, Estévez, Viniberia, Williams & Humbert,
Tradición, Barbadillo, Delgado Zuleta and Hidalgo La Gitana.
